"Import failed: …" error.
The file isn't in a format the app recognizes. Check it is XYZ / XYZP / AGD / LandXML. Open in a text editor — XYZ should have 3 numeric columns, XYZP 4. AGD has a header line plus a Code column. LandXML must be valid XML 1.2.
Triangulation is taking forever. File too big. The 50,000-point ceiling is a rough one — slower tablets may struggle past 25,000. Ask your design software to subsample.
Cut/fill overlay shows the entire field as red or blue. The benchmark is wrong by a big offset. Tap the BM badge and recalibrate, ideally to an imported BM if the file is AGD.
No "Design BM" row in the Calibrate Elevation sheet.
The file has no benchmark rows. AGD carries BMs in 0MB rows; XYZ and XYZP files can also carry them — any data line whose text contains "BM", "BENCH", or "BENCHMARK" is imported as a benchmark (the first three numeric fields become lat, lon, elev; the remaining text becomes the label). Only LandXML has no benchmark support. If nothing shows, the file has none of those — use the Loaded design row's zero-cut point, or Advanced → type a known elevation.
Section boundaries don't show on the map.
The file isn't AGD with 2BAL{n} rows. Other formats don't have boundary loops.
Resume is stuck on "Loading…". The DEM rebuild is happening — same minutes as the original import. Wait. If it never finishes, the design file may be corrupted; delete the job and re-import.
